LSU fans have once again outdone themselves, this time with a staggering 18,000 Jell-O shots in a single day as the Tigers are set to take on Florida in the winner-take-all final game of the Men’s College World Series.
If you didn’t know those folks from the bayou can put away some liquor, well, now you do.
The total number of Jell-O shots consumed by LSU fans at Rocco’s in Omaha, Nebraska over the last 11 days now stands at a record 64,808 AND COUNTING. That amounts to 5,891 Jell-O shots PER DAY!
I would say “May God have mercy on their livers,” but then again, these are Cajuns we are talking about and they are quite clearly, just built differently. Binge drinking is a birthright in the boot. What us mere mortals would call a bender, they call morning coffee.
But while LSU fans have already put on a drinking display for the ages in Omaha, the encore is yet to come. Did they save their best for last???
